Originally from Big Bear, I've lived in San bernardino for over a decade now so I guess it's "home"..
Have worked as a ski-instructor, pizza deliverer, hotel maid, substitute teacher, lost-luggage deliverer, housepainter, you name it.
My interests include gardenting, knitting, movies, and spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains and other wild places.
My favorite spot in this area is probably Bluff Lake.
Mother of four, stepmother of 1, grandmother of 6, + 3 by marriage
"Newlywed" of two years at age nearly-60, my husband is 11 years my junior..he learned about druidry in the Navy, in the '80s, which is compatible with my own privately-held beliefs...
Solitary, privately a goddess-follower since childhood--and now wanting to be something more than solitary, after all.
I was raised atheist/agnostic
Ex-NSA Buddhist 1972-73
Ex-Mormon (Hey, I had to try it out, just to see what went on in that secret Temple. Now I know.)
I was lucky enough to have an old high school teacher in 1968-70, who taught us the pagan roots of our "christian" holidays, just as information, and this struck a responsive chord in me.
Viewing the photos posted in this site, I'm having that same feeling of empathy, and hoping the group is still active.
